Salt and Chili Prawns

Next on the queue as a fourth dish in my Chef Selection is salt and chili prawns with a Thai twist. Adding fried fresh chili, garlic and coriander roots to the prawns had elevated this simple dish to another level. 

Best served with a cold light lager that topped with a lime wedged. Match made in heaven!🤤
